Like he said, this isn't a Ruger with a bunch of Volquartsen parts, like mine.

It's a from the ground up Volquartsen built 10-22.

He didn't mention the scope and rings, so that needs to be cleared up.

That price does not include the scope, but the rings will stay with the rifle. These rifles are listed at $1435 plus tax, plus shipping, plus fees on Gun Broker. So I think this “rifle” is priced very fairly.
I can leave the Leupold VXII 4-12 A/O fine duplex on the rifle for another $375. I’ll not sell the scope before the rifle.
