I talked with folks at Raven's Rock Precision yesterday and placed an order for some 303 brass after Buffalo Arms cancelled my order because of a glitch in their computer system saying they had inventory when they didn't. So I wanted to make sure RRP really had it before I went through the same thing again.
He told me that at present he has 20 bags of 50 pieces left, after that he isn't sure what the market holds for future 303 orders. Really nice and knowlegable guy. By the way, his brass is Norma and is $64.95 for 50.

I'll bet they bought into the huge pile of .303 Savage brass that Huntington disposed of last fall at giveaway prices, two 55 gallon drums worth of Norma brass per the nice lady on the phone. I know a guy who cashed in on that and bought a lifetime supply. If I could've sprung a few grand loose I would've bought them all and cornered the market. It was talked about here as I recall.

Remember how we discussed all manner of making .303 brass out of everything under the sun back in the mid-2000's, when the factories had seemingly abandoned the cartridge forever?

BA had a boatload of the PPU 303 brass at fire sale prices a few years back, too. I got myself a lifetime supply + for about a bill. A guy looking to turn a few coins could have made out like a bandit on that deal, given what that stuff is selling for now.

I was still fairly new to the rifle at the time, so I wasn't really sure what brass life was going to be like. Turns out it is pretty dang long; think I have only cracked into one bag of that buy so far.

PRVI Partizan makes new brass in .303 Savage. I've been able to source it here in British Columbia and it's great.
