Do suppressors help with velocity in any way? If so, does it lower or raise the velocity?

I’ve found that it varies rifle to rifle, can to can. The median answer is there’s no significant difference.

The benefit is way way less recoil and blast

Typically you will get an insignificant amount of increase in velocity. They make shooting so much better though!
