Leo was not impressed at the end of Tester's first ter and equally unimpressed after the end of his second term. Yet, now a big swing for Leo to be throwing support behind Tester.

These frigging people got the great idea to put bull calves in a frigging feedlot to make their numbers look way higher than what a rancher could possibly ever expect to get.
When they come out of the feedlot they are ready to butcher. Man they look fancy.
No muscle mass. They just melt once they are on the range.
If you can get a couple years out of them before their feet go to hell ...it's a bonus.
