It's good and I do agree but why must we have a bill that re-enforces the Constitution. All these people take an oath to protect and defend. Just who would enforce it? As yet nobody in Justice enforces any Constitutional overreach. What we need is an intervention.

Imagine that, Republicans introducing legislation to protect Americans Rights in an election year.
