All;
Good morning, I hope this finds each of you well.

It's no secret I'm a lifelong student of arms of all types, but especially Canadian made in particular.

Lately in my feed there's been a couple educational videos which I've learned from, so I've combined them here.

I'll also double post it down in the military rifles section for those who might not wander up here into the Canada section.

While the videos don't all deal with Long Branch made rifles, there are some which do specifically and then some which do not.

Hopefully some will find them as educational and interesting as I have.

All the best.

Dwayne

My uncle had one of those that he bought way back in the 50s. Had the scope in the box as well.

He cut it down to a sporter, not realizing the future value of such a combo.

SuperCub;
Morning my friend, I trust you and your fine family are well on what is a bit of a snappy morning out west here.

That's neat that your uncle had one, very cool in fact.

Personally I don't encourage too much self flagellating about things that we modified back in the day, as it was after all "back in the day".

In the same way we threw away factory rally wheels on cars that weren't "classics" but just old cars that nobody besides us kids were buying, rifles which came to us from Century Arms in Montreal or the Army & Navy in Regina got modified to suit our needs.

Thanks for the reply and all the best.

Dwayne

In the end, he repented of his sins against that rifle so, I think all is well. He knew what he did. smile
