While watching testimony of Terence Bradley , where Wade and Bradley state they hadn't spoke in almost 2 years, a waiter comes forward and says - nope, wait, I served them 5 weeks ago at the restaurant I work at. I can provide details. There was a 3rd person there , who was counsel to one of them - and if pressed, he'll likely testify because he doesn't want to get caught perjury himself under oath.

Then yesterday, Cindi Lee Yeager, Assistant District Attorney for Cobb country has agreed to testify that she was in the same room with Terence Bradley when he received a call from Fani Willis saying "they are coming after us, don't talk, don't say a word to them"

Now Fani and Wade are under investigation by the State, and Ashley Merchant has been subpoenaed by the state to testify.

So at the moment, the least of Fani's worries is Trump's Rico case crumbling. They are going to face disciplinary hearings and question their bar credentials

Sure be nice to see ANY of the so called privileged class actually face a repercussion for something they actually did.

the judge has to be aware of all of this - my guess - unqualified as it is - will be he waits another week or so, then disqualifies her.

He can't keep her on with a state investigation into her ethics.

I said it a week ago, the judge is going to dump Fani.

I may have read it wrong, but I think it is another hearing in front of a judge just like the last one. It is another defendant bringing it up and one of her deputy DA will testify against her. Not sure why the defendant wasn’t a part of the first one. The deputy DA said the divorce attorney’s testimony is what is motivating her to testify.

The ethics hearings are in addition to all this I think.

Might be a little more complicated for the Fulton County judge. I believe he is coming up for reelection soon. If he disqualifies the DA, he’s pretty much guaranteed a loss come reelection.

I hope he disqualifies her and the entire Fulton county DA office. If he does disqualify her it should be interesting to see the reaction on the street in Atlanta.
