I used to have one and a yogurt for lunch at work for years. Once I retired, I vowed never to touch Ramen again. Now I know why.

I used to go back pack hiking in and around, on/off thr Appalachian Trail. Only go out for about 5 days at a time.

Take about 20 packs Top Ramen, crunch it all up, dump all into 1-gallon zip lock. Add season pack time of cooking. Always boiled WELL 🤨

Also take a whole loaf of bread, make as many peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and put em back into the bread bag.

Sweet water purifier pump, couple lbs of gatorade power

👍👍

On the subject of Ramen. Break it up or eat it in noodle form? Growing up dad always broke it up I think that's how he thought you were supposed to. Only within the last 5 years I've realized I was taught wrong

Had an assistant manager who would break up three packs of ramen noodles into a bowl, nuke them, then pour a half bottle of ranch dressing on top of the mess, and call it lunch.
As you can imagine, he goes over 300 lbs.

IMO depends on the vessel you have to
cook it in. If it'll fit whole, I don't break it.

Ramens and a squirrel is some good eats, and
a good thing on a minimalist small game hunt.
Wabbit goes good as well.

The beef flavor
