That's a lot of expensive machines going for cheap. They should've picked up shop and fled long ago.

Remington, Hause Machines 12 Gauge Lock Transfer Line - looks older n hell. Say you did buy it for 3k.

You have to almost know the machine inside/out to an autistic level to tear it out/down and move with set up later and have any hope of it working again.

I don't even know what the hell it is. LONG time ago, right in my early 20's I spent about 9 months running 3 boring bar machines. They were pre-war. WWI that is. They looked better than that thing.

I suspect this is all the stuff that was not worth hauling off for scrap when Remington was sold.

The site will probably become an EPA Super Fund Site with all the solvents and cutting fluid in the ground.

What a shame for a once great American Firearm Manufacturer.

If you lived close enough for low shipping/hauling,lots of older lathes, mills and surface grinders.

Wouldn't mind one of those lathes, made back but bet they are still serviceable.

Prat and Whitney barrel lathes used many years ago in war production are still in use and highly prized today drilling rifle barrels.

A lot of semi-old CNC gear. Some of it looks like there was absolutely no [bleep] given to keeping it up.

Just sad....
