GFS, Gordon Food Service, mostly a restaurant supplier, is open to public. Don't know if it's regional or not.

Grabbed a 1 gallon bottle of my favorite, hard to find Worcestershire sauce, & looking for a bag of Zatarains crab boil powdered spices that's not easy to find as well, I saw the Huy Fong. Squealed like a girl. Haven't had my hands on a bottle for 2-3 years. About 5 & a half bucks for 17oz., not like I remember, but way cheaper than the bootleg prices I've seen. I grabbed 2.

Steppin high while walking out of there. About like finding a couple cans of scarce powder at a fair price.

I don't think it tastes the same now.

Still good though.

Bought some Huy Fong and Underwood off Amazon.

They are both good. Just had some Huy Fong on baked chicken thighs.

Concerned about that Jim, as I'd heard things. But not happy with alternatives I've tried. We'll see.

Hmm, had to try it even though not to be put on line for a few weeks. Plenty hot, maybe sweeter. Not sure I taste as much garlic. But that's just dippin my finger in it. A big bowl of chili or veggie soup will tell the tale. Trying to think of other stuff I've used on.

Plenty of burn, it's still on me, even went to my lips. Front of tongue tingling. Maybe a bit souped up from the old days. Of course ya can never tell from one pepper crop to the next. But damn,,, this was a good batch.

Sriracha is so 2010.

This stuff appears to be the new internet spicy condiment fad.

I've never had it, but to be honest, I'm pretty sure I've never had Sriracha either. I'm an old out-of-touch fossil who has a bottle of Tabasco in the fridge.

It doesn't taste the same, not as zippy either.

We use the Huy Fong chili garlic and Sambal sauce more now.
