Bought this a 2-3 years ago shortly before hunting, with the factory buttstock shattered at the grip. Put the pieces together with Brownells Acraglas until it was solid, then touched it up with stain and spar varnish. Hunted with it that fall, and it worked fine.
Intended to do some more finish work, including touching up the checkering, but haven't gotten around to it--and since have "semi-retired" probably won't. It works fine the way it is, and am asking $375, which includes insured priority-mail shipping in the continental U.S.
Other details: It was made in 1930, and weighs 6 pounds, 6 ounces. The barrels are 26" long, choked a loose IC and standard modified. Length of pull to front trigger with the 1/2" Pachmayr Decelerator I installed is 14-1/4". The bores are smooth and the blueing as your see it. The chambers are 2.62" long but with forcing cones 3" long, so it's safe to shoot with standard 2-3/4" ammo. (Had it pressure-tested with a strain-gauge and 1-ounce loads, which resulted in less than the maximum SAAMI 11,500 psi.)
