Thanks for the reminder.

Might pick up some beer tomorrow. Maybe even some that claims Irish roots.

JC, that stuff looks like it will turn out to be an excellent meal!

I see our local grocery store has flats for $4.99 per LB. Have not bought one yet. $3.79 for points.

Souix Vee?

No...just a nice light simmer then add vegetables towards the end so they don't get cooked to death.

I have not been there, just going off their weekly ad.
Probably choice would be my guess.

I didn't understand your question.

I guess you could sous vide in that tub. It's poly.

No, just just getting my brisket into the brine.

Might have to cook it Monday. Should have had it in a couple days ago.

During the scamdemic, full packer was $165.
I left with chuck roast instead.

Now down to $10# +/- if you can find one.

Dino ribs = brisket on a stick.

Yes! Put it together last night. Third time doing it from scratch, always turns out delicious.

My dear sweet mother cooked up a fine corned beef last Saturday. She got it at Albertson's and it was top 3 of all-time.

That’s the key. No matter how you do it. Slow cooker. Oven. Whichever. Veg is blown out by the time the meats are perfect. Gotta drag dropping the veg in.

Same mistake always made with beef pot roast. Others.
