What online dealers do you guys recommend? Looking for shops that have a large selection of a wide variety of knives.

A.G. Russell, BladeHQ, Knife Center, Smoky Mountain Knife Works, GPKnives, DLT Trading, Arizona Custom Knives, Fort Henry, KnifeArt, are all places I have bought from with zero issues.

There are eBay sellers peddling counterfeit knives
(Yeah, I know. Shocking!😲).
If you are considering ESEE knives, go to their website. There is a list of legitimate dealers selling their products.

One of the best and largest online knife retailers in the country is 4 or 5 hours from you. They have several $million in inventory in a very nice brick and mortar store and are a pleasure to visit. If you have a day or so well worth a drive:

+1.

They have a lot of exclusives..

The Hogue made Doug Ritter folders are one.

They beat Benchmade at the their own game with those.

But you ever been to the Clock / Watch shop on Gause ( i think ) in Slidell?

They have a separate building that is full of knives.

I used to live right by that shop. I never went into it.

When I started this thread, I had $350 worth of their knives in my cart. Thought I'd ask before I pull the trigger. Looks like I have some other good leads.

If they have it in stock I like to buy from "knives ship free". They don't have the biggest selection, but are great people to deal with. They are located in Chattanooga. I live about an hour south of there and am in or through Chattanooga quite often. They used to have an open showroom but the last time I was there they were only doing online sales. But they may have it open now for anyone in the area.

When I first saw the title for some odd reason I read it as "Online drug Dealers". Upon reflection I suspect it was pretty close.

These are my opinions, feel free to disagree.

Choosing a retailer also depends on the brand/model of knife being sought. Lots of times there are "hidden" deals from one place or another that take a little tribal knowledge and can save 10-20ish% on a particular knife.

Already mentioned, but KSF and DLT get my money most often. Fast shipping from both. Their owners, Jay and Jason, both frequently interact on the book of faces on some of their pages. I’ve seen them both favorably speak of each others companies.

Look at the Landi Bushcraft or Bushcraft Jr. Landis are the exception to the norm, good and inexpensive.
