Thanks! You guys are right on! The boat is immaculate, never stored outside and the original and only owner is an 81 yo man who lives in my 'hood. He said it hasn't seen much use and I believe him... it's 10 years old and looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. You can't tell from the pics but it's got an 81" beam.
You guys estimate on pricing was on point. He's asking $10,500 and said he'd take $10k. He just listed it yesterday. I don't think it's going to last long.
