I'd find another use for the gate and give the dimensions of what I wanted to a local guy that has a welding/repair/fabrication shop.
He builds metal bale rings, etc. and can manufacture about anything like what you're asking about.
Always drink upstream from the herd...cowdoc...

Need eight of those lined up on the same axis. Otherwise the tubing will fold like a (bleepity bleep bleep) Easier to weld a new one out of bent tube if you need a constant radius... Otherwise duct tape and bailing wire....
