I have a 7600 carbine in 30-06 with the synthetic stock. Will come with rings and bases. Gun is like new. The only thing that has been modified is the trigger. It has about a $200 trigger job. I’m thinking about selling/trading and just wandering about a value as I’ve seen them all over the place on gunbroker

The trigger job only adds if prospected buyer likes the result of the trigger job. Nor all fits all.

I buy and sell carbines pretty often. Synthetics bring $1,100-$1,500 depending on condition and the right buyer. Sold the same gun on GB few weeks ago- Brought $1,500

Where are these people on drugs when I'm selling something?

On Gun Broker.

Duh.

They say everything happens for a reason.
For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.

The market is still very strong on Remington 7600’s, especially factory carbines. Thank Hal Blood and the Big Woods Bucks crew! I would not hesitate to do a penny start auction on Gunbroker and see where it ends. Lots of good pictures, have the auction end on a Sunday evening, and spring for the extra exposure options on your listing. You’ll almost definitely get north of $1000, maybe MUCH higher.

Hal Blood has definitely influenced some of it he got one of mine a while back. The issue with Gunbroker unless you sell quite a bit and take credit cards the auctions sometimes don't do as well. I've watched numerous auctions for identical guns. One is from a seller who takes credit cards and has plenty of positive feedback. The other from someone who only accepts money order/ checks and say maybe a few positive feedback. The known sellers gun will always do way better.
