Honestly, most of my time in the service was spent wondering “why in the hell did I sign up for this?”. I couldn’t wait to get home to my family and go hunting again. I hated the Army, but since I returned home, (35 years now) I have come to realize that in spite of the cold, the heat, the dirt and mud, they were some pretty good times. Me and my buddies fought and cussed each other, but i know we would have died for each other if need be. This ain’t really traditional Country, but I love the message.
A funeral ain’t really something I’m looking forward to. A kegger or party in memory, cremation, and a chuck offa that Big Rock is all I want . This world ain’t my home. I’m just passing through. Just play this in my honor. Reon
