How is Shîtpotle doing so well after a dozen shutdowns over the years due to Listeria, Salmonella, E.coli in their spinach??

Wife and I picked up a take out order there about 6 months ago. Once I got the food home we ate about 1/2 of it and tossed the rest. The taste and odor from the cilantro was so over powering it was disgusting.
I wouldn’t go back if the food was free.
My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.
