I didn't have enough of any one cereal, so I mixed Shredded Wheat and Grape Nuts. Now I feel like I'm eating wicker furniture in a sand storm.

I like mixing cereals. My two standards are Cheerios and Chex but I also add a scoop of GrapeNuts for crunchy goodness. I recently bought a box of the new Raisin Bran Crunch. Good stuff. A big bowl of cereal is my usual "light" breakfast. Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday it's eggs. Piece of fruit or glass of juice rounds it out.

You’re better than this.

True, but the label lists the amount of sugar. I buy low sugar content cereal and never add sugar.

Trader Joe's Shredded Wheat, Uncle Sam, and Cheerios is my go-to combo. With raisins and some extra fiber mixed in.
