That would be some mighty good eats. When I was a kid in north Arkansas, my buds and I would go to the creeks and catch crawfish, or Crawdads, as we called them. We'd cook them in a tin can over a fire by the creek. Pretty good, too. So long ago......

Being the type of person who enjoys cooking at home, I have been watching cooking shows for over 5 decades. So basically, I have watched all of the TV chefs and shows. I would have to put him at the top of the list for Entertaining, that’s for sure.

Wore a wig and glasses to hide who he was.

He fought it, got over turned and was able to retire.
So it’s all an act hey?
Well, he is funny as hell, and it’s easy to see why he has 1.2 million followers on YouTube. It’s great to hear that he gives back to the community, obviously a really decent Dude! Lol
He is a real entrepreneur, and he sells Crawfish and 2 Cajun 2 Step seasoning and ships them all over the USA as well. You can also buy his stuff on Amazon.
Here is another good one, I will be watching all his videos.
He definitely exagerates with the cajun accent. I worked down there my whole life and none of them talked that platt as they say. He was entertaining and I bet his food was good.
