The panel told Trump’s lawyers to prepare his case to be presented at the court’s September term, and any decision on the merits of the appeal could take weeks or months.

And from there, could wind-up at the USSC. This is good. Trump still remains on his feet, leading the Cavalry.

Appeals in New York take 2 years on average. If Trump posts a bond the matter will be stayed pending appeal. That means nothing happens until the appeal is final 2 years from now.

My opinion: there’s no way this will be allowed to stand. Eventually they’ll overturn the conviction. The trial was a farce and if allowed to stand will set precedent for future judicial mayhem.
