Sam Bankman-Fried was sentenced to 25 years in his FTX fraud case. The judge ordered the seisure of $11 billion that he'd defrauded from investors. However, the judge didn't order restitution because 'it's too complicated with the large number of investors'. Huh? The court seizes $11 billion in stolen money but keeps it? BANKMAN-FRIED

The bankruptcy case gets the funds.
The judge is simply acknowledging that his court is not suited to making a judgment on the matter.
Creditors, customers, shareholders, were all damaged.
Its will take years to sort out.
The only value remaining is the customer list.

Just let those whose money was stolen submit a claim form for, say, a year. Plenty of lawyers will advertise on TV about how to do this. Just like the Camp LeJuen stuff.

The lawyers will get it! I just read about two female reporters who were covering the George Floyd riots and were harassed by the Minnesota State Police for breaking curfew even though the curfew didn’t apply to them. Judgement was 1.2 million, the two women got to split $200K, the rest went to the lawyers!
