I’ve heard they were all “recent arrivals”…from down south.

I’ve got some questions…
Were they county/state workers or laborers working for a private contractor… I sure wish I had access to an investigative reporter who could dig into this…looks like a “pandoras box” waiting to be opened.

Can you describe the Pandora's box you think will open if it is revealed that road workers are nearly all some variation of Mexican?

I don’t think he specified Mexican, lot of places considered south.

Those workers families will be set for life now, our government will see to it! FTG! Still a sad deal for the families, regardless of their status!

It's been widely reported that they were employees of a contractor.

For the braindead… county/state jobs are generally considered good paying jobs with considerable benefits…
Jobs Americans won’t do??? Sounds like a bunch of democrat BS…
If it was a private contractor, does the state require “prevailing wages” to be paid for state/government contract jobs? and if so what was the contractor paying them?
I’m thinking kickbacks and democrat corruption.

The Baltimore harbor and one of the main N-S highways on the eastern seaboard are shut down and that's your question?

Personally, I wanna know what kind of dental insurance they had.

And that makes a difference, how?

If it were 130 years ago they might have been Italians. Assuming they could be hired for a job like that

Might be the question is.....................were they illegally here.

I heard Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador.

The way that bridge collapsed, doubt they were even alive when they hit the water.

Shame….

Wonder why the Governor did that?

Was he asked a direct question about where they were from?

Seems a might weird to me.

I have noticed, in my travels, that the majority of highway and public works workers are black or Hispanic. I'm not sure what this says. GD
