My friend is doing a 1/7 twist rate customer build for the 219 zipper. Locally none of us can find any load data for the 68gr projectiles for the 219 zipper. Anyone have any published data they can share? I did find an online source but you had to pay for the load data information. The heaviest load data we could find was for 60gr projectiles.
I walk around like I'm ok, but deep down inside, I wanna buy another gun.

I've had a variety of Zippers over the years. I think all of them had a 1 in 14" twist; that's probably the standard twist rate and that's why you're unlikely to find heavy bullet data. Few would chamber for the cartridge nowadays. However, the Zipper has about a 10% greater water capacity than the .223 Remington. I'd find some 68 grain .223 loads and carefully work up beginning with lighter loads to be on the safe side. If a strong action is used in the build, you should get some respectable velocities. I formed brass from .25-35 cases and .30-30 cases. It's the only cartridge case I've ever had to anneal.

Lotech is correct. But you asked a question heres a theoretical for ya. Take it with a grain of salt.
69 grain sierra, 219 Zipper, 34.4 case capacity. Staying within pressure limits for said round.
22.5 grain’s benchmark max. 40K psi, 2745 fps 22 grains 335 39K, 2710.

I did much the same as your friend in a moment of insanity. I used 22 Savage High Power data as it used 71 gr bullets. I began with starting loads and worked up from there.

Good info I forgot about the 22 Hi-Power and I have a cousin I turned onto the correct bullet diameter for that. My memory says very limited projectiles for the 22 HI-Power. S&B makes very affordable ammo when available as well.
