I made brisket once.
It was a bad idea— apparently there is some skill involved.
My son’s porks ribs have prevailed.
No more brisket will be damaged at this house.

No more brisket will be damaged at this house. Zero skill really. But you do have to follow a certain path or it will be tough beef for sure. Good friend tried moose brisket because it looked so good when we cut it off. He KNOWS how to BBQ. That was a failure LOL
