I just ran my brass in a Redding body die, my question do I or need to run the brass through a neck sizer die?

Are you re-sizing fired brass which has been fired in a normal chamber? If so, you will need to neck size or your seated bullets will not have adequate neck tension.
If this is new, unfired brass then no neck sizing should be necessary.

The neck won't hold a bullet until you've sized it.

The neck diameter in a body die is chamber neck diameter, so yes, you will need to size the neck.

Just a note: If you use a standard neck size only die, you run the risk of inducing runout because only the neck is in contact with the die. I have had this happen with a neck only die that consistently induced .007 runout in every case run through it. That is one of the main reasons I favor Lee Collet dies as well as the fact that you do not need to apply lube and they don't over work the brass.
Of course if you want to size only the neck you can set up a full length die to do that and it will not induce runout.
I am continually astounded at how quickly people make up their minds on little evidence or none at all.
