Why was the only medical facility in Dodge City UPSTAIRS?? They was alwyas carrying some poor sap up those rickety stairs.

Don't blame me. I voted for Trump.
Democrats would burn this country to the ground, if they could rule over the ashes.

May have been others but they may not have liked the doctor good enough to use him.
They didn't even like Doc Chapman using the upstairs at Doc Adam's old practice.
The last time that bear ate a lawyer he had the runs for 33 days!

How many guys did it take to haul Matt Dillon up there? He was pretty burly…. Matt was born before Chuck Norris and had all the bases covered in regards to toughness. He was shot over 56 times in 20 years, even Chuck can't beat that record...

If he'd lived.

Yup. The good guys always got hit in the shoulder or leg. Plus, bullets never penetrated good guys more than an inch or so, rifle or pistol, no matter the range.
Bad guys died instantly with bloodless hits to the chest.

That's why he had that hitch in his get-a-long that showed up occasionally.

That was The Old West, where men were tough.
If'n a feller could walk up them steps by hisself, he didn't need no sawbones in the first place.
Gunnery, gunnery, gunnery. Hit the target, all else is twaddle!
