When exactly will these see the light of day? There's a couple of different factors in play here. There may be nothing there that any reasonable prosecutor would pursue because there's really nothing on those tapes that nobody else will ever see. Which probably depends on how much the payoff to the DNC is, which nobody will ever hear of.
