No. Trump will win the Presidency with a fair but not overwhelming electoral margin. 42% chance Joe bows out and is replaced at the convention. In that case Trump still wins, but the margin is narrow.
GOP holds the House and narrowly takes the Senate. Dems maintain veto power in the Senate, so no big legislative victories will follow. Things will get a little better for a while. Powerful members of both parties will continue to make money.
