Kudos to Dennis Waldron for standing up for what's right. I did business with him at his auto wrecking yard in Lavergne for 40+ years before he closed it down and retired a few years ago. He inherited the business from his uncle sometime in the late 1970s. Good men, and both very honest, solid citizens. Too bad that it seems the rest of the city council are a bunch of spineless cucks!

My dad was from Tennessee. Sadly, there is a lot of corruption down there.... and they don't seem to be real concerned about having to hide it. Chattanooga was pretty bad, especially in the early 70s.. but other stuff you'd hear on the news , Chattanooga was far from the only place with out in the open corruption going on.
