New in the box is a rare Browning Euro Bolt II rifle which includes the BOSS recoil reducer and the solid extension for those who don’t the BOSS system.

This rifle has a very nice wood stock with a Schnabel forend and a butter knife bolt
It has been sitting in the safe for several years waiting on an elk hunt which will never happen. Time to have someone appreciate the rifle.

That rifle is a thing of beauty. Only thing that looks out of place is the BOSS brake. They do work good though once they are dieled in. GLWTS

They actually work very well and you can tuned the gun to the ammo vs
playing with ammo to the gun.

The BOSS is basically a tuning fork and you turn it In/Out to adjust grouping.

Each caliber has a "sweet spot" setting. I have 7 - A-Bolt's in various calibers
from 7mm-08 up to 375 H&H and they all have a BOSS.

The Euro was introduced at the Shot Shot but not sure when the BOSS option
became available on it. Besides the "ported" BOSS the offer a CR BOSS which
is "solid" and has less muzzle blast for confined spaces.

This is a nice rifle for someone and the A-Bolt's really don't get the respect they
deserve. The hindged floorplate also has a pressure release and you can pull
the magazine out and keep the shells in it (3 in this case I believe for a 7mm Mag).
