My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.

No, and someone has already bid on it so can not add one.

It says an FFL is required. Is that a Tennessee thing or GB thing?

That is a generic statement Gunbroker added.

In my description it states:
"Being a muzzle loader it can be shipped directly to you unless your state prohibits it. This will be up to the winning bidder to keep me informed of their states current laws".

Buyer fee is 1% of the sale price, not including shipping.

What you are seeing as "fees" is whatever your state sales tax is, which is charged on the sale price plus shipping. Any gun store you shop at will charge tax.

Only way to avoid it is buy direct from an out of state dealer that will ship to you and not add your state sales tax. Then it's up to you if you report it year end on your state income tax.

Gunbrokers does have its faults. They often sell guns not listed anywhere else, especially used versions.
As a buyer I prefer looking elsewhere to avoid the sales tax (Tennessee is 9.5%). But as a seller I like it. If I fail to sell a gun on one of the popular forums (like here) it will be listed on Gunbrokers and the majority of the time it will net more cash after all fees.
