Congrats to you. Load heavy.

Thumbs up.
I used to prefer third shift, or 6p to 6a. Didn't have to deal with as many bosses and could usually just do my job without interference.
Best wished for a happy life from here on out.

Congrats and cheers!
Our night shift was always a feral bunch, but anyone who works those hours can't be quite right, so I kinda let them be as long as they got their work done.

Congrats. I called about collecting one of my pensions and was informed the age was raised to 65. The plan is going to a new administrator so hopefully it changes back.

Congrats. I'm happy for ya'! I attended a retirement party yesterday (Friday) for a co-worker, where I worked for 48 years, before my retirement 10 months ago. It was nice seeing my old friends again, but nicer to walk out without punching the time clock.

Will Munny: It's a hell of a thing, killing a man. Take away all he's got and all he's ever gonna have.
The Schofield Kid: Yeah, well, I guess they had it coming.
Will Munny: We all got it coming, kid.

Best wished for a happy life from here on out. I was a nightshift manager for 40 of my 48 years with my company. Damn impossible way of life. 12% differential and guaranteed weekends off made it tolerable. I could write a book about the many characters I worked with. Some of them might say the same thing about me. Lol š

Congratulations...
Lots to see and do now...

Happy for you. Glad you mase it and hope you enjoy it to the fullest. Encouraging posts and comments here.
You are fortunate to be doing it at an age seeming to be more and more out of reach for so many. I have nearly two years on you and Bidenomics have me too scared to quit.
Seems everything I thought I would work for keeps getting pushed out of reach but it has been this way for the last 8-10 years.
I need a new mindset. I am a pretty healthy guy and don't want to work until I no longer am.
When a country is well governed, poverty and a mean condition are something to be ashamed of. When a country is ill governed, riches and honors are something to be ashamed of . Confucius
