I developed a rash on my arm after doing some work in the yard, and it appears to be from one of the poison vines in the title, by its symptoms, progression, and appearance. I've been trying to find where it is in the yard so I can eliminate it. Is this one of the above poison vines?

No. That's a briar.

Looks like greenbriar. Deer love it.

As the others said, it’s greenbrier. It’s a tough vine and likes to grab your leg and cinch up on it, scratching the heck out of it and tripping you if you’re a little off balance.

Must have gotten the poison from some other plant out there.

It’s edible for people and a high quality forage plant for deer. But most people just hate seeing it in their yard.

Doesn't look like ivy, or sumac. The ivy have a 3-part compound leaf and sumac a much more complex compound leaf. Might be helpful if one reveals at least a region for his sighting. Green briar is common to the eastern half of the US.

It doesn't have to be a known poisonous vine or weed for you to be allergic to it. I get eaten up by a common vine that most people don't even use gloves to handle.

I have avoided poison oak while my buddies have got it. However, poison sumac will light me up and it’s a weeks long
no fun affair. Fugg that crap.
