The rate of rescidivism among child sex perverts is 97 percent. A guy will do 7 years in The Pen for having sex with children, and within weeks of release from jail will be back trying to screw another kid. They just don't stop.

The big problem is that once they've been in the pen they seriously don't want to go back so they will kill and dump their victim to keep them from telling. They cannot be cured. It needs to carry a life sentence.

That "life" sentence needs to be measured in months, if not weeks. No parole from the graveyard!

He would still have his twisted mind and his hands to violate with and then strangle his victim. Death or life in a secure jail is the only solution.

One was let out of prison that's from my area after only 5 years he's early 40's bet there's a good chance he will be a repeat offender. They all are, I had to sit through a training to work in a certain job and it interviewed about half a dozen of them. Everyone said they'd do it again...there is no getting it out of their system. I guess kill'em or castrate them.

Hey, why aren't the LEO haters moaning about this OIS shooting? We don't hate police, we hate bad policing. These guys were on the ball, down to the tactical reload after the mag dump. Some cops like our K-9 Handling friend in NH understand that distinction. Guys like you and Handy, on average, don't. You see it as all cops good all the time, or all cops bad all the time. Cops who lack that ability to see nuisance like this are more likely to treat high school girls going 7 over the speed limit the same as a hardened escaped bank robber. The fact you act as if you can't see the difference doesn't speak well of you.
