I might be wrong but, I’m not aware of any factory made LH bolt-action rifle offered in .223 with iron sights other than the now discontinued CZ 527 Lux.

Beyond the CZ mentioned above, your only other options may be a Zastava M85 or potentially an older pre-accutrigger Savage (dunno if this one exists though).

Zastava M 85 LH 223 reworked factory wood that I sold a while back.

On Gunbroker there’s a LH Charles Daly M 85 in .223 Rem. Walnut and blued steel. Currently $234 4 days left. Good luck.

The CD would be a great one.
