And? JP Morgan is worth about $4trillion, the Russian assets about $440 million. $440 million is just a pittance and the bottom line shouldn't be affected all that much for JPM.

Dimon sold $32 million this past Monday and plans to sell a million shares later this year, it hasn't affected the price. I'd be more concerned with the succession plan, Dimon is 68 and just got a 2 year extension, but no plans on a successor. I find that concerning.

Diamon has been selling his own stock rapidly. Insiders sell for lots of reasons, many of which have nothing to do with the company. They could want to buy a new super-yacht or fund 10 grandkids' extravagant lifestyles. The time to really pay attention is when they are buying, because it means they think the stock is undervalued by the market.
