Maybe it's ?whoever sending money through other peoples names. The operation James O'Keefe was/is onto. Peoples names being high-jacked and thousands of dollars going to political figures each month.
James went to several peoples door and informed them that they donated 10-15-$20K per month to ??? < A covert way to hide who really gave the money in order to give more than the law allows.
