When I saw this on the tv, my mind automatically went to my dark side! I have to suspect that most of the problems in Baton Rouge are self inflicted because it's a democRAT run city. It went to the Louisiana Supreme Court which voted 4/3 for the separate incorporation. What’s left of Baton Rouge now is pretty much the whole high crime area as mem said. GSRI , Gulf South Research Institute similar to that in San Antonio.
