👍

Was planning an August vacation in Montana to visit dad and attend the Missoula gun-show. Due to the ATF rule, the upcoming local show has already been cancelled. No word yet if the big show is still on. They closed the "gun show loophole" by killing gun shows. Mission accomplished. mad

Negative. Ultimate goal is total disarmament of the general populace...

Never forget that they want to disarm us because they want to do things that they know we will kill them for if we still have guns...

So you're saying that total disarmament is NOT the ultimate goal because they want to do things afterward. It's a war with many battles and missions.

At gunshows I have been to in Arkansas, If you buy from a vendor with a table they run a background check. There is no loophole, unless you see some random guy in the.parking lot carrying a gun in you want.

The so called “loophole” is that 2 non FFL licensed, non prohibited residents of the state of Arkansas can complete a firearms transaction between each other without involving an FFL. This could be in the parking lot, at a non FFL vendor’s table, or wherever.

Yes that is the case. A couple years ago Arizona would have signed on to this law suit. Not now with our illegitimate demoncrap governor and attorney general. Stolen elections have consequences.

Bottom line, right there

I'm glad to see other states join in. When the atf murdered Bryan Malinowski, in Arkansas, that may have been the straw that broke the camel's back!!! They are really overstepping their authority, and need to be abolished, before they go after more of our constitutional rights and lives.

Honestly, please tell me WTF the FEDGOV does for me, why should it continue to exist in this state. Explain it to me like I take experimental gene modification injections under waiver of compensation in case of injury...

First, my response is concerned more with .gov in general rather than limited to FEDGOV. My initial thoughts were that I'm glad that you asked what .gov does for me rather than to me as the former is a rather short list unlike the other. However, upon reflection, it's often the case that .gov argues that what they're doing to us is actually for us. I NEVER could stand the seat belt laws and the authority over my well-being .gov presumed to have. There would/will be no end. (e.g. Vax mandates) The war goes on...

The burden of legality to own a gun should be on the buyer not the seller. The seller should ask for valid ID to establish age and residency. Once that is established, seller should have no further duty in the matter. The law really is crystal clear.

When I read the terms of that abortion of a bill, I immediately said that it was too vague.
