Just bought one at LGS today that someone flaked on and put another on Backorder with Silencershop.com.

Yeah I have one and love it.

I use it on most all of my AR’s from 11.5”-18” and I haven’t changed a thing on any of my guns. Ejection pattern is the same with or without and I don’t remember having to re-zero with the can on. I could check but I don’t want to shoot without it.

The only downside is the price of their muzzle device’s but I think it’s Rooftop Defense that keeps them in stock at better prices. I have 4 of them and need to buy another one.

Thanks, TWR. Will check Rooftop Defense for muzzle devices. I had noticed they were a little pricey. Like $147 or so at one site I saw referenced on youtube video.. I was spoiled by SilencerCo I guess, getting those for around $79 or so. You'd think the mfgrs would get together and make them more modular.

I use the flash hider but they say the brake acts as a blast baffle and could prolong the life of the suppressor. I don’t know how accurate that is but I’m not worried about using the flash hiders.

I did however crack the blast baffle on my Gemtech suppressor and it took forever to get that replaced with a new mono core system but this is totally different technology.

While on the 11.5” gun, it is not hearing safe per OSHA but is very comfortable to my ears with a good tone and no sharp bite. On my 18” gun shooting at night out in an open field is almost Hollywood quiet. I’m very pleased with it.

TWR, did your can come with a flash hider? The description says "with flash hider". I neglected to check if one was in the box when I was at the LGS yesterday. I'll check today when I go back to file Form 1 to have my pistol SBR'd. They have to measure the barrel, take pictures and other jabbewakey for the Form 1. It's amazing how much our congress critters have surrendered our 2A rights to these government depts.

I notice Rooftop Defense has the muzzle brakes and flash hider for $139. So, saving $8 there. Thanks.

Yes it comes with a flash hider.

I’m pretty sure I got a 10% off coupon with the can and a free shipping code, maybe after I registered it with them. But seems like Rooftop was $120ish at the time?

Well, you did a lot better than I did. Hadn't spent any money on hardware in a while, so I guess I'll justify it that way. Sure burned up the better part of $2k in a hurry these last couple days.

I did check the box at the LGS today and the flash hider was in there.

Out of stock right now but I’ve ordered from these guys before without issue. Others claim to have had problems. Just don’t order until it shows in stock.

I’m on their notify list so we will see.

Edit to add; several places list it below $130 but out of stock. I’m hoping the price didn’t go up like everything else.

That's a better deal on the flash hider. Thanks.
