Tang Sight Screw Size/Source ?? #196221 09/20/03

OP Nobody Campfire Member Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 182 Benton, Arkansas, USA	I have a Win M-63, 22LR Autoloader, mfg'd 1939, with tang drilled and tapped for sight. Have acquired a mint, Lyman 1A sight but no mounting screws. Pulled the plug screws on my rifle and they appear to be 10-36 or perhaps 3/16-36?? I know the tang screws for Win M-94 etc., are 3/16-36 and suspect mine are same size. Anyone know correct size and maybe a source. Have checked with usual sources, Brownells, etc., but no success. irv Campfire Member I Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 103	Firt of all try Lyman. They usually supply the screws with the sight. If that fails try David James HC63 Box 1254 Tok, AK 99780 He has most parts and screws for tang sights. Also a good guy. Take Care!

I did locate a couple of screws from a guy in Texas. They're supposed to be on the way. I'll file the info on David in case I need something else.
