One of my friends wanted me to load a 388, 210 black tip bullet for him in his 338 Rum. I was told it had a BC of 507? I might buy the book if the web site had told me if the book had loads listed for the 338 RUM. Thanks for the Help.

I'd start with some good 225 data and work up from near max 225 data. Reason being the swift scirrocco has a rep for being kind of a long "sticky" bullet. Here's from the nosler site on 225 accubonds.

338 Rem Ultra Magnum
225gr. Accubond & Partition
Ballistic Coefficient: AB .550, PT .454
Sectional Density: .281
* Most Accurate Load Tested

Powder: IMR4350
Charge Weight (in grains) Muzzle Velocity (fps) Load Density
86.0 3123 fps 85%
84.0 3059 fps 83%
82.0* 3010 fps 81%

Powder: RL-22
Charge Weight (in grains) Muzzle Velocity (fps) Load Density
91.0* 3160 fps 90%
89.0 3115 fps 88%
87.0 3070 fps 86%

Powder: H1000
Charge Weight (in grains) Muzzle Velocity (fps) Load Density
100.0 3125 fps 99%
98.0 3070 fps 97%
96.0* 3020 fps 95%
