Which Democrat will you support in November?
Now that it is coming down to crunch time with the Republican party who will you support in the general election? The reason I ask this profound question is the remaining 2 front runners on the Republican side have few or none of the values that helped define the party 12 years ago? It is also plain to see after President Bush released hid 08 budget that he also lacks any thing that looks like fiscal conservatism. This budget and the current state of our economy has to scare the hell out of any one who has ever balanced a check book which is something G. W. Bush must never have done.
We have to be thankful to the Bush years for many things but seeing the Republican Party in a nose dive will be his true lasting legacy. After the 08 election the GOP may find themselves in a 20 or 30 year drought of controlling anything but the other side of the isle.
So which Democrat will you support in 08? Lets hope who ever it is can work with the congress to get this country that has been dug by Mr. Bush.
Food for thought!

Well the Republicarts have only a few things to offer not much. But the Democommies have nothing to offer for anyone that can think for themselves.

It is also plain to see after President Bush released hid 08 budget that he also lacks any thing that looks like fiscal conservatism. What do you expect? Your guys complain about debts and deficits, yet are unwilling to cut the social programs that take up a third of the Federal budget. The only other option is to raise the budget.

Sooo. As a fiscal conservative you think we can spend our way out of Bushes mess? You think like a drunken woman with a new credit card.
Rember that Regan tried to spend us out of a recession also.
Your up Bart!

Your up Bart! Well lets see what the real story is. The Democommies are in power and any budget that gets through congress they have to pass. So if you want to bitch about spending look to the left they get all the credit. Bush or no one else can do any spending without yes the commies blessing. As for Regan it was a Democommie congress in both of his sessions and that's the real laugh. All those Democommies blame Regan when it was their own people that did them in. That is where the Democommies perfected the blame game.

Sooo. As a fiscal conservative you think we can spend our way out of Bushes mess? Like I said, your democrats won't cut... Medicare: $386 billion Medicaid/SCHIP: $209 billion Welfare: $324 billion Health and Human Services: $70 Billion That alone is $989 Billion, almost a Trillion bucks right there. The remaining $200 Billion comes from the departments (agriculture, transportation, dept of labor, etc.). All social crap that we DON'T NEED. In addition defense spending is projected to rise by about 7 percent to $515 billion and homeland security money by almost 11 percent, with a big gain for border security. Which are good things, unless your part of the "end the war on terror" crowd.

RE, Northwestalaska:
Aw, come on now ...I know how cold it can get up there sometimes - and how sometimes the brain even freezes in those frigid temperatures ... and, well ...
You don't REALLY think that any one "HERE" who (may) be seriously/secretly considering voting for a (koff) Democrat, or especially a (koff) Hillary ... would admit to such forbidden and treacherous passion ... and thereby invite abuse, ridicule, contempt, and general nastiness from the dominant and loyal, Resident-Campfire-Conservative-Core - who faithfully guard these sacred-pages from all sullying "socialist" stench and stain ... do you ???
... No matter HOW enchanting and captivating her siren-like laugh may be ... (sigh).

Soooo. Which of the remaining GOP candidates is the real conservative?
Lets see Romnie supported Gay rights and abortion rights until he mane the decision to pander to the far right and make his bid for the White House, Can you say Flip.. Flop?
MaCain. According to our hero of conservative values Rush Limbaugh; McCain has stabbed his own party in the back so many times and does not stand for true conservative values. Once again lets ask that question, who is the real conservative?
I know, I know....Its Huckabee the minister. Are you guys going to line up behind his bid for the Whitehouse?
This will be an election to watch and say WOW! A real election, bring on the dirt!
Food for thought. Dont hurt yourselves now!

Well, if the choices are Hillary and MacCain as the 2 Democrats, I will have to vote for MacCain, because although he is almost a full Democrat, he is just slightly more conservative than Hillary.

First off,it's reMember...Dummy.... Second....This kind of idiocy won't go unchallenged... Look at Regan's budget numbers compared to the GDP... Regan had to undo Carter's ineptness with a hostile Congress... I won't say that you are an idiot, but damn you should put your brain in gear before you type...
