I have a brand new RRA A4 upper receiver(w/ forward assist and port door), that comes with the complete bolt carrier group and charging handle.
I bought this for a project that has taken another direction, so I don't need it anymore.

Cost me $285 plus shipping.

I'd like to sell it for $245 shipped in lower 48.

Just to clarify things, as there has been some confusion.

This is just the upper receiver. It isn't a stripped upper, it is complete with the forward assist and port door, it also includes the complete bolt carrier assembly (including bolt) and the charging handle assembly. It does not include a barrel, handguard, gas tube, gas block etc.
