Obama is so far left, and so green experience-wise, that he might do anything simply because he doesn't know that he can't. As bad as Hillary would be, she at least has some stabilizing effect from Bill's terms. I fear them both, but I think I fear Obama more. Cleverly disguised as a responsible adult.
