Add prairiedog223 to the list of good guys. Super deal on Encore stock and 2 forends gone bad. Packaged was torn and 1 forend fell out and lost. Luckily the forend that I wanted was still in the package. The forend for a muzzle loader barrel was lost. Rob offered a % refund or return everything for complete refund. Can't ask for no better then that. Rob is an asset to the campfire. I'm cool with it and I'll keep what I received. It wasn't damaged and I'll use it anyways.  Ken
