Heading to a gun show close to Pittsburgh this weekend. Love those shows that are only 20 miles away. I'll try to see what comes up and I'll be sure to take the camera. Any other Savage collectors heading to that one?

I'll be there bright and early. I'll have a blue pocket tee shirt, black coat tied around my waist, and a green army back pack over my shoulder. Mark.

Mark, Sorry I didn't catch your note last night I was there about 8:30. I had on my savagefest shirt. Not to many 99's there huh. Here is a nice G and a straight stock savage. The G was really nice. I think it was late 1940. [img]http://[/img]

I did not see too many myself. I said "circuitrider" to a few guys that were looking at/holding 99s, and they gave me the hairy eyeball . Wear your shirt at the next show and we'll meet somewhere to say hello. What I did see was lots of 300s if I did see a 99. $595-695 price tags---that was funny too. Did you see the just ok 99c in 308 towards the back--$695 price tag? Still got to find the 99s around us at flea markets and small fire hall shows. See ya, Mark.

I didn't get to make the show, was it better than the shows at the ice complex?

Mark & Tim,
I'm a little south east of Pittsburgh in Irwin. Tim u could ask Mark, but I thought it was a decent show. Probably 500 tables I picked up the Redfield scope I have on the other thread.

I think its a great show. I hope it stays there. Even when its crowded its not half bad. The Bladerunners complex was unbearable to me. We all should meet at the next one. Mark.

I'm glad to hear its improved. the shows at Bladerunners were terrible, I wish they could have stayed at Monroeville, but I guess that couldn't be. I'll have to try to make the next one.
