This is a funny turn around. . . . . crazy

No one regarded it as anything other than a truck gun before I got ahold of it and asked a few questions.

I was gonna shoot it into the ground. . . . . shocked

Oh Well . . . . .

Much better than paying $500 bucks for a rat.

Thanx for all of the help guys.

THe pictures are true.

So Terry, is the stainless Springfiled Mil-Spec a good buy?

Now that I have a belt, holster, and 250 rounds of ammo . . . grin

How many guns could we all say that about, eh?

I wouldn't own a gun like that. Much too dangerous. What if you shot yourself? Big hole. I hear that happens occasionally.

Beautiful pistola BMT, congratulations on a great find. PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE don't modify it or carry in in an IWB holster though! cry

Yeah, it's yours, so do with it as you will. Just spare a few of us the sleepless nights and don't post any after photos, OK? wink

Duuudes . . . . .

Read my note about "inside Joke"

Its the "dangerous gun" and "typewriter" comments go way back between "Medford" and me (maybe 20 years).

I sent him the link to the photos and decided to sign up for the purpose of making that joke.

That is correct.

Medford and I went to law school together.

A classmate of ours blew a finger off and the bullet lodged in a typewriter.

Its an inside joke.

I am gonna shoot it a little, and carry it on Dry Patriotic Holidays to honor Gramps (actually my father in law). He would want it that way.

As I shoot lefty, it won't get the hard use of daily carry weapon, though.

My post was intended to give BMT a chuckle. Sorry to confuse some of you. My first handgun was my .44 Redhawk in 1985, and I have since added .22, .38, .380, and .45 calibers. I prefer the .44 magnum myself. BMT and I occasionally hunt together down in northern California. The inside joke is that 15 years ago I shot my finger off with a .38 cal. "safety slug" in a gun that was "unloaded". Something that you swear you are never stupid enough to do until you do it. Finger is back on now and I am a little wiser for the experience. "Go big bores!" (Or is that "Go big boars!"?)

No problem, but use a smiley when it's a joke, especially since we don't know you from Adam.
