I have taken apart the triggers of several of my big bores, and using a fine stone along with superfine wet sandpaper, I polished all mating surfaces. If you take it really slow, being careful not to remove too much material, you can get it pretty decent. The triggers may still be a bit heavy, but at least now they break cleanly. You'll probably be suprised at some of the rough surfaces you encounter in there. I'd recommend a dissasembly diagram, which you can download, helps out alot.
